Expert in financial communications and crisis management, has participated in some of the most important corporate operations in Europe, including hostile and friendly takeovers and IPOs, advising companies and financial institutions. Before founding Fajardo Comunicación Rodríguez had senior roles at Eurocofín, Porter Novelli and Actualidad Económica.
As Founding Partner with a Business Administration degree, Luis Fajardo has over 20 years experience in different fields such as technology, property and construction, defence and consulting. He has managed numerous accounts in the technology arena for example Canon, Vivendi Universal Games, Ubi Soft, the Spanish Association of Entertainment Software Distributors; as well as major multinational IT consulting houses such as ATOS, Neoris and Avasant.
In the property/construction sectors Luis Fajardo has worked with Bami, Bovis, Cosmani, Esprode, Eurofinsa and Manufacturers.
Díaz Zárate has developed his career over the last 17 years as Director of Marketing and Communications for Grupo Occidental Hoteles in the Dominican Republic, managing strategic professional contacts with Mexico, Colombia and the Caribbean Islands. He previously worked in various audiovisual production and advertising companies. Educated at the ESIC: Business and Marketing School, Díaz Zárate is in charge of development and international expansion of the company both in Spain and Latin America.
An IT professional with extensive experience, Madrigal has spent his entire professional life in the field of advertising and communications, working very closely with the marketing and strategic planning departments of large national and international companies such as Screenvision (Thomson Group), Action IP ( Information et Publicite - France), Regie Media Belgium, Victor Sagi etc. As well as media companies such as FORTA, Telemadrid, TV3, CRTVG, La Voz de Galicia, EITB, Suplemento Semanal, Cinesa ... Madrigal is currently specializing in developing web and social media applications.
As a Madrid based journalist, Fraile began his career in Actualidad Económica as Editor. With more than 20 years in the world of communication specializing in the wine sector, technology and construction, Fraile has worked for clients like Canon, the Manufacturers Association of Ready Mixed Concrete (ANEFHOP) and various wineries. He has also managed numerous regional press events, which gives Fraile an intimate knowledge of the media in many provinces across Spain. Since 2003 Fraile has been responsible for the Fajardo Communicación business in the Canary Islands.
